What is the role of a C12 Chair?
As a C12 Chair, you will build, lead, and impact Christian CEOs and business owners who want to build great businesses for a greater purpose. The key responsibilities of a Chair will include facilitating monthly C12 Business Forums, coaching members one-on-one, and actively serving and recruiting new members. C12 is a franchise model with over 30 years of experience providing MBA-level content and proven processes to Chairs to build successful practices.
Becoming a C12 Chair requires a unique set of skills and experiences, and not everyone may meet the necessary criteria. That's why we have a comprehensive mutual-discernment process that begins with a discovery call with our C12HQ recruiting team. We carefully evaluate each candidate's background and assess their suitability for the role.
To be eligible for this position, candidates are required to either be in the process of exiting or seceding from their current role. Although it may or may not happen soon, this is a significant consideration in our assessment process.
Typically, C12 Chairs have over a decade of experience in business leadership and have previously managed a team of at least ten people.
However, these are not the only criteria that we evaluate during the candidate vetting process.
As a C12 Chair, you'll be responsible for curating and facilitating the meeting, bringing together a wealth of relevant and applicable content from C12 and the diverse perspectives and experiences of the members present at the table.
While it is not necessary for the Chair to be the sole expert, instructor, or consultant in the meeting, they must orchestrate a high-performance and high-accountability experience, backed by a proven format, world-class content, and the power of peers.
